ScripDeal (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a product of Eximassist Services Private Limited. This Privacy Policy explains how our website, Android app, and iOS app (collectively, the “Service”) handle your information.

1. Our Core Commitment

We do not collect personal data for advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Information you provide is used solely to operate the Service. For example, to register your account, process scrip submissions, and communicate updates about your deals.

2. What Information We Handle

To provide the Service, we handle a limited set of information that you voluntarily provide:

  • Account details: name, phone number, email address, company name, and IEC code (for exporter accounts).
  • Scrip information: RoDTEP/RoSCTL scrip numbers, values, dates, port codes, BRC details, and documents you upload (scrip copies, transfer letters, annexures).
  • Location (at submission time): coordinates are recorded when you submit a scrip, solely for compliance and fraud prevention.
  • Device tokens: push notification tokens used to deliver deal-status alerts to your device.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising SDKs, analytics that build behavioural profiles, or social-media pixels.

3. How We Use Information

  • To create and authenticate your account.
  • To process and review scrip submissions and route them to verified agents.
  • To send transactional notifications (quote received, status changes, counter offers).
  • To provide customer support when you reach out to us.
  • To meet legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations under Indian law.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or scrip documents to any third party. The only parties that view your scrip are the verified agent reviewing the submission and our internal compliance team. Both are bound by confidentiality.

5. Service Providers

We use the following trusted infrastructure providers solely to operate the Service. They process data on our behalf under contractual data-protection obligations:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): application hosting and encrypted document storage (S3).
  • MongoDB Atlas: encrypted database hosting.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): delivery of push notifications to your device.

These providers do not use your data for their own purposes.

6. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS) and stored encrypted at rest. Authentication uses JSON Web Tokens (JWT) and phone-based OTP verification. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised Eximassist personnel and logged.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and scrip records for as long as your account is active or as required to meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by writing to support@scripdeal.com. We will process such requests within 30 days, subject to any mandatory record-keeping requirements under Indian tax and DGFT regulations.

You have the right to:

  • Access the information we hold about you.
  • Correct any inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your account and data.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

By using ScripDeal, you agree to use the Service in good faith, to provide accurate information about your scrips, and to comply with all applicable Indian export laws and DGFT regulations. Eximassist Services Private Limited is not responsible for transactions that violate applicable law or that are based on misrepresented documents. Quoted rates are indicative and subject to verification by our partner agents. Final deal closure is conditional on successful document verification and compliance checks.
